Redline tuning series#

The facility now tops 10,000 square feet. A new, dedicated shipping and receiving area, product design center, customer conference room, and offices for staff members were added. In addition a state of the art engine and transmission assembly room that is also climate controlled with air purification was constructed.

The new climate controlled, secured section of the building can now house over 25 vehicles at any given time. This time a portion of the shop was re-modeled to hold more in-process vehicle projects. In June of 2012 it was time yet again for growth. Growth continues in this division of the company as new platforms are introduced and exciting new ideas are being worked on each day. The Exceladyne brand was introduced and featured the highest quality, best performing parts available on the market. A brand new 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe was the launching pad for the booming production division. In March 2009 Beyond Redline took delivery of their first platform vehicle for product manufacturing. With this facility, team of employees, and tuning knowledge Beyond Redline was now capable of engineering, building, and tuning any automotive project. Additionally in December 2006 the crown jewel of tuning equipment was acquired, a state of the art four-wheel drive Dynojet Dynamometer (dyno). Our new facility featured over 7,200 square feet of shop space, 4 automotive lifts, 3 full-time technicians, and 2 customer service representatives. The business had outgrown the shop in DePere so Beyond Redline purchased a building on Green Bay’s West side. In August 2006 it was time to make more changes. It was here that Beyond Redline hired their first full-time technician and expanded their expertise to include domestic muscle cars as well as import performance vehicles. This facility featured over 4,000 square feet of space, a single car lift and the ability to house over 10 cars. In May 2002 Beyond Redline moved into their first “real” shop in the Townline industrial park of DePere. This fueled the fire of the business as we built, tuned, and raced several of these cars across the Midwest. His reputation as having one of the fastest street cars in the state was legendary. A majority of work was done on Diamond Star Motor vehicles (D.S.M’s) as that’s what Luke owned and raced personally. Beyond Redline’s owner, Luke Stubbs, was one of these few and it was here that he began his journey to becoming one of the most respected tuners today. Performance automotive tuning was in its infancy during this time and only a select few knew about the magical art of ECU tuning. The shop had one garage door, no automotive hoists, one lonely Craftsmen toolbox, and the ambition to build the fastest cars on the road. The original facility was located on the far east side of Green Bay in a garage that was less than 900 total square feet. At the time of its opening, it was the first and only performance automotive facility in Northeast Wisconsin. Our result not only demonstrates that Kondo coupling, rather than spin-orbit coupling, is the main tuning parameter in this class of materials, but it also establishes that Ce 3 Bi 4 Pd 3 has a narrow-gap Kondo insulating ground state.Beyond Redline was founded in October 2001.

Redline tuning series#

Its small zero-pressure gap increases quadratically with pressure, similar to the behavior observed in the series Ce 3 Bi 4 ( Pt 1 − x Pd x ) 3, which indicates that Pt substitution and applied pressure have a similar effect. Ce 3 Bi 4 Pd 3 becomes more insulating under pressures up to 2.3 GPa, which is a signature of Ce-based Kondo insulating materials in the considered pressure range. Here, we determine the ground state of Ce 3 Bi 4 Pd 3 via electrical resistivity measurements under hydrostatic pressure, which is a clean symmetry-preserving tuning parameter that increases hybridization but virtually preserves spin-orbit coupling. Two conflicting scenarios have emerged from a comparison to the prototypical Kondo insulator Ce 3 Bi 4 Pt 3: Either Ce 3 Bi 4 Pd 3 is a spin-orbit-driven topological semimetal or a Kondo insulator with smaller Kondo coupling than its Pt counterpart. Noncentrosymmetric Ce 3 Bi 4 Pd 3 has attracted a lot of attention as a candidate for strongly correlated topological material, yet its experimental ground state remains a matter of contention.
